Environmental Due Diligence

Since 1987, Jonas has provided full-service environmental site assessment and due diligence services to public and private sector clients to identify and evaluate potential impacts from hazardous substances and wastes associated with property transfers and redevelopment. From Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) to document historical sources of contamination and potentially responsible parties, to Phase II ESAs involving field sampling and evaluation of subsurface conditions, Jonas understands the importance of conducting due diligence not only for liability protection, but also to evaluate business environmental risk of acquiring an impacted property.
